How did he find the sales and installation process? After the initial enquiry, David found out that Sagetech Machinery were visiting Makers Central at the NEC so he decided to visit the show to meet the team and see the engraver in action. David met up with Mark and spent time talking over their requirements and the machine. Mark gave them a really great demonstration of the DE30 Desktop Engraver and the sale was finalised. The install was nice and simple. Delivery to their  premises, setup of the machine, installation of the software and then also training on the software and machine. It meant that David could get started and practice his new products straight away.

The machine was within their budget and suited them very well. They have started processing their  samples to allow them to create their product range and their journey now begins.
