What do you do?
FK is the UK’s leading full building envelope provider, specialising in roofing, cladding, glazing and maintenance across many sectors. Running for over 4 decades the company offer three main areas – construction whether its a National Distribution centre or a Premiership Football Stadium, Facades such as rain-screen, cladding and glazed exterior solutions as well as controlled environments.
Where did you hear about Sagetech Machinery?
We looked online for Vertical Panel Saws. I came from a joinery background and I had used one before.
Why did you decide to purchase a Vertical Panel Saw?
SPACE! Its had to be done for our Manchester construction site. Space is always key but we also needed something we can move as our construction project moved to its next phase.
How did you find the sales and installation process?
The guys were great – from picking the saw, to deliver to installation I cant fault them! They helped us choose the right saw for us, they fit the delivery around our existing deliveries and most importantly got it here quickly as we were desperate to get this going
How has a Vertical Saw benefited you and your business ?
Fantastic really. We are now cutting our cement based particle board down on site – this is amazing for the speed of construction now – we go to our on-site storage, grab the boards, cut and fit and its job done. Its less headaches for me to worry about waiting for orders to be processed by our site controller and accounts now as all I am ordering is stock sheet sizes on a monthly basis
