Where did you hear about Sagetech Machinery?
As most people do we search google for a UK based company that provide manufacturing, installation and training on vertical panel saws! Once we read into Sagetech’s history we knew that they where the company for vertical panel saw machines!
Why did you decide to purchase a Vertical Panel Saw?
We had an existing panel saw that was many years old and spent longer been broke than operational. It was taking up far too much space room within the workshop an we wanted a compact wall saw to meet out sheet cutting needs, an the Sagetech Koolkut wall saw looked like it would do! We needed to replace the machine so we didn’t lose production time to keep up with our high demand
How did you find the sales and installation process?
The guys at Sagetech helped us alot! From the initial phone call to the office the guys helped us choose the correct wall saw for our needs that would allow us to cut our standard and also thicker materials – the Koolkut vertical panel saw seemed like the perfect fit. The machine was delivered and swiftly installed with no problems! Hands down to Rob, one of the engineers he provided excellent training on the wall saw for the team!
How has a Vertical Saw benefited you and your business ?
After a couple of weeks we noticed that our production time had improved from the old saw – as well as not having any down time meant we were really on top of our production and orders. The new machine has allowed us to fulfil orders quicker and without issue, helping us bounce back in style!
